Landlord Doesn't Want To Replace Broken Fridge!
(This is how we got to live because he doesn't want to replace his broken fridge that now completely stopped working.)
Let's just start this off with a; Good Morning/Afternoon, hope your having a wonderful day and let's take a deep breath together and enjoy the sound of nature! Now Let's get into today's blog. Today's "Landlord Special" of the eviction menu; Refusal Of Replacing The IceBox. You know that metal box with 2 handles(4 If you're fancy) that keeps/contains you're fresh food/grocery? Yea that thing. The leaked start in January(4th) of this year and progressively gotten worse over time until it stopped working. The thing is we've shown the landlord the video (Joseph Philbert) who agreed to get it fixed.
(January 4th, 2023:You can see where the previous tenant tried to make their own repairs;Yellow Glue Stains; the water just drips and collects at the bottom)
So he agrees to fix the issue along with his smart ass comment "the tenants usually go half on the appliances that break but i know it wasn't you". Welp the fridge stopped working today, now got to figure out another plan for grocery. Good thing i have a mini-fridges so that can help temporarily why we continue to deal with this nonsense while finding another place. Honestly this guy really is something and is "pretending" like we dont have 2 children that live here!!! What a SCUMBAG, on that note....
