Another Day, Another Joke! When Landlord's Are Extra!
(When you have to be so extra and show all the efforts of doing things the wrong way)
Since some people want to be all over social media documenting everything, document this my dear! When we asked our landlord to take care of the junk he had on the porch we and our children spend time on, he completely ignores our request and left us with nothing but rusty nails and junk to have to clean up. Let’s also not talk about the improper structure of the illegal repairs done to the porch, it looks like it’s gonna fall apart. When you have to try to rally the neighbors so you have a case to plead, now that’s as extra as this eviction process you gotta pay for. Had you communicated, we would’ve been out of your hair. How could you really expect someone to pay you and be unlawfully with no known reason evicted, like that’s a big you got me Fxcked up! See ya around J! Maybe on your bike, maybe in your pickup, maybe in your Mercedes or any other junk car in the backyard. Go park those cars along with the others you moved to the front of the house to block any parking for us and our children, so that you can ensure downstairs has parking for 2 grown adults.
People just get pettier! so do I!

That being said, it's just crazy how this man can do the most by moving all the cars in his driveway to block the front parking, so his first floor tenants get their parking because "they been parking their for 10 years". Not to mention after rallying his neighbors together (who he talks shit about), I happened to come out to this morning to (7:40am-ish) bring my son to daycare, to only find dog shit smeared on rear passenger door.. This man just had no class or professionalism!
P.S.
Our second floor balcony has a major leak when it rains and soaks the entire floor, I understand it's not going to be completely dry but the water just splashes everywhere is just ridiculous!
